Challenge

DSBP Joinery required a fast, clean and reliable foundation solution for a garden room project in Cheshire, with minimal disruption to the surrounding site. As with
many joinery-led builds, programme certainty was important, with the foundations needing to be installed accurately and ready to build on immediately, allowing the
joinery works to proceed without delay.

Traditional concrete foundations would have introduced additional time on site, excavation, spoil removal and curing periods, all of which were undesirable for this
project.

Solution

The No More Digging North West England team supplied and installed 25 RADIX PRO RF140 M16 76×1250 T4.0 ground screws to form a strong, level foundation for
the garden room structure. The screws were installed precisely to the required layout, ensuring consistent levels across the build footprint and providing a robust
base for the joinery works above.

The ground screw installation was completed efficiently, with no excavation or concrete required, keeping the site clean and allowing DSBP Joinery to begin construction immediately. By choosing RADIX ground screws, the project benefited from reduced installation time, minimal ground disturbance and a foundation system fully suited to high-quality garden room construction.

The completed foundation delivered exactly what was required: a dependable, build-ready base that supported the project programme and met the practical needs of an experienced joinery contractor.
