No More Digging is proud to announce that it has become a member of Scottish Land & Estates, marking an important step in strengthening links with landowners, estate managers and rural stakeholders across Scotland. The membership reflects a shared commitment to responsible land use, environmental stewardship and
development approaches.
As a foundation option, ground screws offer a proven alternative to concrete where minimising disruption matters. Installed without excavation, spoil removal or curing time, they allow structures to be founded efficiently in remote or environmentally sensitive locations, reducing permanent impact on the land and supporting more
sustainable project delivery.
A recent lochside installation illustrates this clearly. The project required a solid, level foundation while preserving the character of the surrounding environment. Using ground screws, the installation team achieved the required structural performance without disturbing the ground beyond the immediate footprint, leaving the site largely
unchanged once works were complete.
Joining Scottish Land & Estates also aligns with No More Digging’s long-term focus on technically robust, low-impact foundation solutions. It reinforces the role ground screws can play in supporting rural development that balances buildability, environmental responsibility and respect for the landscape.
