On a chilly Friday in December, RADIX welcomed its No More Digging partners from across the UK and Ireland for its annual Partner Conference at Dundee’s Invercarse Hotel. The event has become a key fixture in the calendar, focused on shared progress, collaboration and recognising the people driving the network forward. The conference followed an open day held the previous day at RADIX headquarters, where partners were given the opportunity to see behind the scenes, gain a deeper understanding of manufacturing and testing processes, and spend time with the wider RADIX team.
Hosted by Shane McGivern, Director of Sales & Client Relations at RADIX, the conference provided space to reflect on the year just gone and to look ahead to future opportunities. Callum Milne, RADIX Director of Sales & Client Relations, delivered a detailed and practical session on product development, installation standards and the direction of the ground screw sector, reinforcing the importance of consistency and quality across the network. This was followed by a presentation from AC Digital, No More Digging’s trusted marketing partner, outlining how installers can make better use of digital tools and marketing support to strengthen local visibility, generate enquiries and support sustainable growth.
A central part of the day was the presentation of partner awards, celebrating outstanding performance and commitment across the network. The Top Trustpilot Reviews award for 2025 was shared between No More Digging South West, led by Matt Farrington, and No More Digging South Coast, represented by Aaron and James, recognising their consistently high levels of customer feedback. The Most Improved Sales award for 2025 was presented to No More Digging Guildford, with Roy recognised for his progress over the year. The Top Performer award went to No More Digging Scotland, with Chris acknowledged for exceptional results, while the Special Recognition Award was presented to No More Digging Wales, recognising the contribution of Lloyd and Wayne.
The day concluded with a dinner dance event, giving partners the chance to relax, continue conversations and celebrate achievements together in a more informal setting. Across the open day, conference and evening celebrations, the event reflected the continued strong collaboration and shared growth between RADIX and No More Digging, setting a positive and confident tone as the network moves into 2026.
