Challenge

The 7m x 4m decking area would extend out over a steep garden embankment overlooking the River Tay, situated approximately 25m from parking to the back of the customer’s garden.

Solution

By deploying a combination of RADIX Professional Ground Screws and RADIX Extendable Screw Piles, the team brought up the steep embankment levels and provided a solid foundation ready to support the customer’s 7m x 4m elevated decking.

A bespoke timber subframe was also supplied and installed with the project, which allowed the customer’s decking installation to commence as soon as the installation was complete.
